Reporting & Insights
- Prepare detailed market research reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Provide actionable insights to management for strategic planning and business growth.
- Track KPIs related to customer acquisition, market penetration, and campaign effectiveness.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Business Development Support
- Identify potential source markets and new business opportunities.
- Support product development by recommending tour packages and destination improvements based on market demand.
- Assist sales and marketing teams with target market analysis and customer segmentation.
- Evaluate feasibility of entering new markets or launching new travel products.
Customer & Industry Analysis
- Study customer satisfaction, feedback, and booking behavior.
- Conduct benchmarking studies against competitor DMCs and travel companies.
- Maintain databases of market intelligence and tourism statistics.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with operations, contracting, and marketing teams for data collection and analysis.
- Work with digital marketing teams to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Liaise with tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and industry partners for market information.
- Should coordinate closely with the Digital Marketing team to align market insights with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support data-driven marketing initiatives and campaign planning. Will work in coordination with the Digital Marketing team to analyze consumer trends and optimize marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure market research findings are effectively integrated into marketing campaigns.
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the Digital Marketing team for strategic market analysis and campaign performance evaluation.
