Job Title: HR Business Partner – Program Services

Role Overview
The HR Business Partner – Program Services supports the effective delivery of HR practices for multiple academic programs within the organization. This role works closely with program leadership teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and maintain alignment with organizational policies and practices. The position focuses on supporting recruitment coordination, employee experience, performance processes, learning initiatives, and HR reporting for program teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Partnership & Program Support
- Act as the HR point of contact for employees and managers within assigned programs.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and internal practices.
- Work closely with program leadership teams to support people-related initiatives and operational needs.
Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to support hiring activities for program-related roles.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new team members.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with team structures, expectations, and workplace culture.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Support initiatives that promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Address employee concerns in coordination with relevant managers and HR teams.
- Conduct regular interactions with employees to gather feedback and support engagement efforts.
Performance Process Support
- Assist managers in implementing goal-setting and performance review processes.
- Support ongoing feedback discussions and development planning for employees.
- Provide guidance to managers in handling performance improvement discussions when required.
Learning & Development Support
- Identify learning needs within program teams and coordinate with the L&D team for relevant training sessions.
- Encourage employee participation in internal development programs.
- Track participation in training initiatives and collect feedback for improvement.
Policy Awareness & Compliance Support
- Ensure HR processes are followed in line with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
- Communicate updates related to HR policies, guidelines, and procedures to program teams.
- Support internal checks to ensure adherence to established HR practices.
HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain and track HR-related information for assigned programs.
- Prepare regular reports related to workforce trends, engagement activities, and performance processes.
- Provide insights that support better workforce planning and employee experience initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or people operations roles.
- Understanding of HR processes such as employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting multiple teams, departments, or programs.
- Familiarity with HR reporting and workforce data analysis.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
