Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reception Administration role based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Reception Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing the front desk, greeting guests, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming calls, maintaining visitor logs, coordinating meeting room bookings, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. The role will also involve maintaining office supplies for the reception area, supporting basic administrative documentation, and assisting HR or Administration teams with event coordination and employee onboarding logistics as needed. The position requires consistent professionalism, adherence to company policies, and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, vendors, and team members at all levels.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks such as call management, scheduling, and documentation with attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn office or visitor management software.
- Customer service orientation and a polite, calm, and solution-focused approach when handling queries or issues at the front desk.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow procedures, and present a neat, professional appearance in alignment with company standards.
- Prior experience in reception, front office, or administrative support roles is preferred, ideally in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, large-scale organization in the Greater Jaipur Area, with flexibility to support occasional peak-period needs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
