About the Role
Golden Signature is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Area Marketing Manager to lead market expansion, dealer development, and sales growth for our Tea & Coffee Vending Machine business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, managing sales teams, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute area-wise sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and appoint distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Lead and support Marketing Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities for vending machines and beverage solutions.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Build relationships with corporate offices, hospitals, educational institutions, hotels, and commercial establishments.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and market expansion goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Experience in FMCG, vending machines, beverages, or related industries is preferred.
- Valid Driving License required.
Pay: ₹16,004.18 - ₹51,493.45 per month
