- Machine Operation & Assembly: Operate CNC machines, SPMs, and assembly line equipment to build engines and power systems.
- Quality Control: Perform self-inspections on components using measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, Micrometers) to achieve zero defects.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks, operator care tasks, and tool changes to minimize machine downtime.
- Safety (HSE) Compliance: Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols, including the use of PPE and immediate hazard reporting.
- Process Improvements: Actively participate in 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: ITI certification (relevant trades like Machinist, Fitter, Turner, Diesel Mechanic ,Painter , OEM ).
- Experience: Hands-on industry experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of machinery controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol) and ability to read engineering drawings.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, basic communication, and readiness to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹26,500.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
