The Senior Relationship Manager will lead key modern trade and premium off-trade accounts, driving business growth, brand visibility, and strategic partnerships across assigned markets. The role requires a strong blend of sales leadership, trade marketing expertise, and luxury brand understanding.
- 1. Strategic Account Leadership
- Manage and grow high-value key accounts in modern off-trade and premium retail
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive joint business planning (JBP) with top accounts
- 2. Sales Growth & Execution
- Lead regional sales strategies for the premium portfolio
- Deliver volume, revenue, and market share targets
- Expand distribution in high-potential outlets
- 3. Trade Marketing & Visibility
- Ensure premium in-store visibility and brand presence
- Execute merchandising and POS strategies in collaboration with marketing
- Drive ROI-led promotions and campaigns
- 4. Brand Experience & Activations
- Lead premium brand activations, events, and consumer engagement initiatives
- Ensure all activations align with brand positioning and consumer expectations
- 5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Mentor and guide junior team members (if applicable)
- Drive execution excellence and capability building across teams
- Train trade partners on brand and product knowledge
- 6. Market Intelligence & Insights
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behaviour
- Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic inputs
- 7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs, account performance, and business metrics
- Deliver monthly reports and actionable insights
- 8. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Ensure seamless execution of business plans
- 8–12 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management / Trade Marketing
- Experience in Alcobev, Premium FMCG, Luxury Retail, or Hospitality is preferred
- Strong exposure to Modern Trade / Premium Off-Trade channels
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and delivering growth
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Hospitality (MBA preferred)
