Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
- Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and present property features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
- Negotiate sales agreements and guide clients through the transaction process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote property listings.
- Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and property investment strategies.
