We are currently looking for Mechanical Design Engineer to support ongoing work in product design, prototyping, and mechanical system development.

About the Role
This role provides hands-on exposure to New Product Development (NPD), covering the complete cycle from concept design to physical prototype and machine testing. You will work on real industrial machines, understanding manufacturing constraints, cost optimization, and design validation.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Create and modify 3D CAD models of machine components using SolidWorks.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings (2D drawings, GD&T, BOMs) for fabrication, machining, and sheet-metal parts.
- Assist in concept level ideation and mechanical design of new modules.
- Perform basic theoretical design calculations to validate concepts before fabrication.
- Support the team in designing, prototyping, and assembling mechanical systems.
- Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles to optimize designs for welding, bending, machining, and cost efficiency.
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning mechanical systems on real machines.
- Maintain design documentation, part lists, and change records for engineering and production use.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
