We are looking for experienced Sr. Sales Engineer / Asst. Manager - Sales with experience in industrial and building segment for pune location.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Commercial and Building Sector and industrial sales and marketing in the region
- Responsible for approvals from Contractors, MEP consultants, and end-customers
- Appoint and manage dealers and distributors for CBS & industrial products, as well build B2B relationships with companies
- Plan & implementing sales & marketing strategy including schemes, promotions, and dealer management
- Setting monthly, quarterly & yearly targets for Fire fighting, HPN, HVAC and other CBS & industrial products
- Responsible to present on behalf of company at various exhibitions and events
- Required to generate Reports/Documents & MIS as per company's policy
- Responsible for overall CBS & industrial segment business development
- Provide regular feedback about product-range, competition, and market requirements to drive product innovation and policy setting.

- Qualification - Bachelor of engineering in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverable and projects at the same time
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a Can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility
