Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee electrical maintenance and installation activities 1-2 Years of Experience of Granities and manufacturing sector. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical systems across our facilities. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Oversee the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems including high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) equipment.
- Utilize schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime.
- Monitor and control electrical projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems, mechanical components, and industrial machinery to identify potential issues early.
- Lead efforts in facilities management by coordinating with other departments to ensure electrical infrastructure supports operational needs.
- Use testing instruments such as ohmmeters for accurate diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical circuits.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations related to high voltage, low voltage, and general electrical safety protocols.
- Provide leadership in supervising subcontractors or external vendors involved in specialized electrical tasks or projects.
Requirements
- Proven management experience supervising electrical teams within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience candidates required
- Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial control systems.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management principles, including CMMS utilization for scheduling and record keeping.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, mechanical components, and facilities management practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial maintenance with a focus on electrical systems—both high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV).
- Ability to read technical schematics accurately and perform troubleshooting with tools such as ohmmeters.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Fluency in English; effective communication skills for team coordination and reporting purposes.
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.
