The Business Development Executive (Vendor Onboarding) drives the expansion of our growing cafe chain by sourcing, negotiating with, and integrating scalable suppliers. This role ensures supply chain consistency, product quality, and cost efficiency across all current and future locations.Key Responsibilities
- Scalable Sourcing: Identify and onboard regional vendors capable of supplying multiple cafe locations.
- Bulk Negotiation: Leverage the chain's volume to secure deep discounts, fixed-price contracts, and favorable credit terms.
- Quality Standardization: Enforce strict SLAs to guarantee consistent taste, freshness, and branding across all branches.
- System Integration: Connect vendors to the centralized ERP/inventory system for automated ordering and tracking.
- Expansion Support: Setup the supplier network for New Store Openings (NSOs) using a repeatable playbook.
Key Requirements
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to pitch, build relationships, and maintain smooth coordination with diverse vendors and internal branch managers.
- Professional Demeanour: A pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills to represent the cafe brand positively.
- Preferred Location: Based in Noida or nearby locations (Delhi/NCR) for easy commuting and local market familiarity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
