We are hiring Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Loan Sales (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of personal loan products and sales process
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and generate business
- Customer-focused approach and relationship management skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products to potential customers
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Meet monthly sales and performance targets
