Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 production support for trading backoffice applications.
- Monitor and resolve production incidents to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Execute application upgrades, patch deployments, and bug fixes.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.
- Run Oracle/SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and log analysis.
- Support and maintain applications hosted on Linux environments.
- Implement system enhancements driven by regulatory and compliance changes.
- Support technical audits by providing required logs, reports, and documentation.
- Evaluate and deploy business and system change requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve post-trade, clearing, and settlement issues.
- Liaise with external vendors for issue resolution and application support.
- Prepare and distribute daily MIS and operational reports.
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, and trading operations. Knowledge of exchange processes and market practices.
- Expertise in managing L1/L2 support, incident management, deployments, and system upgrades.
- Ensures high system availability and operational stability.
- Effective coordination with business users, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service orientation.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
