We are looking for a sincere, organized and proactive Accounts & HR Executive who can support both our Finance and Human Resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Purchase and sales accounting entries
- Invoice preparation and documentation
- Bank reconciliation
- GST data preparation and record maintenance
- Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
- Accounts receivable and payable follow-up
- Petty cash and expense management
- TDS-related documentation
- Assisting in monthly MIS and account closing
- Maintaining accounting records and files
Human Resources
- Employee attendance and leave records
- Payroll data preparation and coordination
- Recruitment support (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate coordination)
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintaining employee files and HR records
- Preparing letters, forms and HR documents
- Coordinating training and employee engagement activities
- Supporting statutory compliance related to HR
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (HR or Finance)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good understanding of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of GST and payroll processes
- Good communication and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing company
- Familiarity with HR documentation and payroll
- Immediate or early joiners preferred
Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
(Higher salary may be considered based on experience and capability.)
