- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients with congenital, developmental, neuromuscular, orthopedic, or acquired conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as neurodevelopmental therapy, sensory integration, strength training, and mobility training.
- Educate and support parents/caregivers in home exercise programs and ongoing therapy involvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and educators.
- Monitor and document patient progress using appropriate clinical tools and reporting systems.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and care planning sessions.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of patient records.
- Stay current with professional developments and participate in continuing education programs.
- Adhere to legal, ethical, and institutional standards in all areas of practice.
