Hostel Warden – Roles & Responsibilities (Hindi Mandatory)
- Manage and supervise daily hostel operations and maintain discipline among residents.
- Ensure safety, security, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the hostel premises.
- Handle student/resident grievances and provide necessary support and guidance.
- Maintain attendance, room allocation, visitor records, and hostel documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and food service teams.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Monitor in-time/out-time and ensure hostel rules are followed properly.
- Communicate effectively with residents, parents, and management when required.
- Handle emergency situations and take immediate corrective action.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to hostel administration.
- Hindi communication is mandatory to coordinate with residents and staff from different regions.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
