We are seeking a confident and energetic Tele caller with at least one year of experience in customer interaction, lead follow-up, or tele sales for our Digital Marketing Institute in Kochi, Kerala.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students and enquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on inquiries
Provide accurate information about our course and services
Maintain call records and update the regularly
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers
Handle customer questions, address concerns, and provide guidance
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of tele calling or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
Basic computer skills ( MS Office )
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
