- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle joining formalities, exit processes, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking
- Manage employee benefits (leave, insurance, etc.)
Pay: ₹10,851.72 - ₹22,000.00 per month
