Cambay Tiger is a premium omnichannel seafood and meat brand, Est. 2007. We farm, source, and retail 400+ products across our own stores in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bangalore, with a direct-to-consumer online channel and a B2B wholesale arm. Our promise: farm-to-fork quality, delivered in 90 minutes.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a marketing brain — someone who can take a 400+ product catalogue and turn it into campaigns that sell. You will own the digital marketing function end-to-end: strategy, execution, creative direction, and performance. You work directly with the CMO and are expected to operate with a high degree of independence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing
— Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
— Own the ad account — budgets, bidding, targeting, creative testing.
— Monitor daily performance and make real-time adjustments.
— Interface with the agency that manages the ads.
Campaigns & Creative
— Conceptualise and brief campaigns across product categories — seafood, meat, ready-to-cook. — Write sharp ad copy or direct AI tools to produce it. Either works — the output must be excellent. — Maintain a strong aesthetic standard across all creatives. No generic content.
Product Marketing
— Build a system to promote a 400+ product range without chaos — prioritise, rotate, and plan. — Identify high-potential products and build focused campaigns around them.
— Coordinate with the brand team for seasonal and promotional calendars.
Analytics & Reporting
— Own the performance dashboard — ROAS, CPL, CAC, revenue attributed to digital. — Report weekly. Flag what is working, cut what is not.
— Connect marketing spend to revenue outcomes, not vanity metrics.
Offline Marketing (Bonus)
— Interest in in-store activations, local area marketing, or events is a strong plus.
— Not a requirement — but will be rewarded if you bring it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must Have
— 3+ years in a performance marketing or digital marketing role.
— Proven, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads — show us accounts, results, numbers. — Strong copywriting ability. Able to write for food, lifestyle, and promotions.
— Comfortable with AI tools for copy, ideation, and creative production.
— KPI-driven. You know your numbers and you own them.
— High aesthetic sense — you can tell good creative from bad instantly.
— Able to manage multiple product categories and campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball.
Good to Have
— Experience marketing FMCG, food, or D2C brands.
— Exposure to offline marketing, activations, or retail marketing.
— Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar).
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
