Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage STP, ETP, and WTP projects from planning and execution to commissioning and handover. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems and proven experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of STP, ETP, and WTP projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and plant handover.
- Track project progress and prepare MIS/progress reports.
- Handle client meetings and resolve project-related issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in STP, ETP, WTP, RO, or wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, commissioning, and site management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or Primavera is preferred.
