Job Responsibilities
- Deliver Medical Coding training to students and freshers.
- Train candidates in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous guidance.
- Support candidates in interview preparation and placement readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest medical coding guidelines and industry standards.
Eligibility
- CPC and/or CRC certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Coding experience.
- Prior training experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
