The Placemenets Team is seeking a diligent and proactive Student Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between students and the Corporate Development Centre (CDC). This pivotal role is designed to ensure the seamless and effective functioning of all placement-related activities. The Student Coordinator will be instrumental in fostering clear communication channels, disseminating crucial information, and providing essential support to students navigating the placement process. This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with both students and recruitment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between students and the placement office, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Relay important placement-related updates, instructions, and deadlines to students in a clear and timely manner.

Ensure students are well-informed about job openings, placement schedules, and recruitment processes through various communication channels.

Coordinate effectively between students and recruiters during placement drives, facilitating smooth interactions and logistical arrangements.

Provide guidance and support to students regarding the placement process, interview preparation, resume building, and other related matters.

Collect and address student feedback or concerns about placements, and communicate these effectively to the placement office to drive continuous improvement.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of student participation, placement status, placement reports, and other relevant data.
