About the Role:
UIDM is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Counsellorto guide prospective students, manage inquiries, and support the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills with a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries professionally.
- Guide students and parents through the admission process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain inquiry records.
- Conduct counselling sessions and provide accurate course information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission procedures.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve admission and counselling targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of admissions or educational counselling preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
