BricksToHome Private Limited is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and performance-driven Deputy Manager – Sales to lead high-performing teams and drive business growth in the residential real estate sector.

Mandatory Eligibility
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in the Residential Real Estate Industry.
* Prior experience in Channel Sales / Channel Partner Firms is mandatory.
* Proven experience in handling Team Leaders and their Relationship Manager teams.
* Strong leadership, team management, and revenue generation skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple Team Leaders and their respective sales teams.
* Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets across teams.
* Develop sales strategies to maximize business growth and market penetration.
* Coach, mentor, and motivate Team Leaders to enhance team productivity and conversions.
* Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and CRM compliance.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
* Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals.
* Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
* Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
