Job: Sales person at Bamboo Factory

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, builders, hotels, and institutional buyers.
- Promote bamboo products including bamboo panels, flooring, cottages, furniture, scaffolding poles, and related products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads across North East India and other regions.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and coordinate order execution with factory and logistics teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, sales reports, and payment follow-ups.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor pricing, customer requirements, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales/marketing, preferably in building materials, plywood, furniture, bamboo, interior, or construction-related products.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, Basic autocad knowledge.
- Ability to travel for business development activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp/email communication.
- Candidate from Assam or North East region preferred.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance.
