Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced BMS Executive / BMS Engineer to support Building Management System (BMS) operations and facility management activities. The role involves monitoring critical building systems, responding to alarms, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) for efficient facility operations
- Monitor HVAC, Electrical, UPS, DG, Fire Alarm, and utility systems through BMS platforms
- Attend system alarms, identify faults, and coordinate resolution activities
- Perform routine system checks and maintain operational logs and reports
- Support uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure and building services
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities with vendors and technicians
- Monitor energy consumption and support energy efficiency initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and operational guidelines
- Prepare maintenance reports and update system documentation
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS operations, facility management, or critical facility environments
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and SCADA platforms
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in rotational shifts
