Supervisor
Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily maintenance activities to ensure smooth plant operations. Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance, manage manpower deployment, monitor work quality, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with site teams, track maintenance progress, and maintain accurate work records and reports.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
- Experience in Coke Oven, Steel Plant, or Heavy Industrial Maintenance preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor manpower deployment, work quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with site teams and maintain work progress records.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
