Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator
Job Summary:
The Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining data in computer systems while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into computer systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry.
- Maintain digital records, files, and documents.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Scan, print, photocopy, and organize documents.
- Handle emails and basic computer correspondence.
- Perform data verification and correct errors when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
- Backup and organize digital files regularly.
- Support other departments with data-related work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet usage.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Pay: ₹13,564.11 - ₹17,480.40 per month
