About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Home Care Manager to oversee and coordinate home healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient care operations, coordinating with healthcare professionals, ensuring service quality, driving patient satisfaction, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day home healthcare operations.
- Coordinate patient assessments, care plans, and service delivery.
- Schedule and supervise healthcare professionals for home visits.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families.
- Monitor patient feedback and resolve service-related concerns.
- Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Drive business growth through relationship management and referral generation.
- Identify opportunities to improve home care services, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and support the implementation of new initiatives, programs, and service offerings.
- Work closely with management to pilot and execute strategic projects aimed at expanding home healthcare services.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for process improvements and growth.
- Support business development activities, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes, protocols, and service initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, home healthcare, or patient care management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
