We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, well-organized, qualified, and committed candidate to join our school as a Principal. The candidate should be able to support the organization, management, and leadership of the school and to undertake the key duties of a senior leader. The candidate will be expected to use his initiative and judgment within the school’s objectives and to demonstrate accountability.
Key Responsibilities:-
· Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures for the school.
· Conduct regular meetings with staff, students, and parents to address concerns, communicate school updates, and gather feedback.
· Supervise academic programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
· Collaborate with teaching staff to review and develop curriculum, instructional methods, and assessment strategies.
· Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive school culture, fostering a safe and respectful environment for all students.
· Support professional development initiatives for teachers and staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness in the classroom.
· Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and assist in identifying training needs for continuous improvement.
· Foster relationships with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote engagement and support for the school's mission.
· Coordinate community outreach programs, events, and partnerships that benefit students and the school community.
Qualification and Skills:-
· Post Graduate Degree in English or Mathematics.
· B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
· Previous experience in an educational leadership role, preferably as an Assistant Principal or in a similar capacity.
· Strong understanding of educational policies, curriculum development, and instructional methodologies.
· Latest and updated knowledge on best practices, various teaching methodologies and developments at National / International level pertaining to academic administration.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
