Job Title: Front Desk Executive & Admin In-charge
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and responsible Front Desk Executive & Admin In-charge to manage the day-to-day front office and administrative activities of our institute. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle students, parents, and staff professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
- Welcome and guide students, parents, and visitors.
- Attend phone calls, Make phone calls and respond to enquiries politely.
- Manage walk-in admissions and provide course information.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
Student & Admission Support
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Assist in the admission process and documentation.
- Maintain student records and files.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules.
Administrative Work
- Handle daily office administration and coordination.
- Maintain attendance records of students and staff.
- Manage stationery and office supplies.
- Keep track of inventory and place re-orders when required.
- Ensure the institute remains organized and presentable.
Accounts & Reporting
- Collect fees and issue receipts as per institute policy.
- Maintain basic payment records and reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the institute.
- Support management with assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of institute data and student information.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, administration, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and learning ability may also apply.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
