Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices-based applications.
- Backend : Java microservices, Spring, Spring Boot, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring data, JMS, JSP, MultiThreading, GWT, WebServices
- UI : HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Angular JS
- Database : SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Sybase
- Web & App Server : Tomcat, JBoss
- OS : Unix, RHEL
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture principles.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools to support lightweight deployments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in a microservices environment.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration techniques.
