Hiring for SEO Team Leader
Experience - 5 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for international projects.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Optimize on-page, technical, and off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams.
- Track KPIs and prepare SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO trends.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on SEO experience with at least 3 years in a Team Lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Core Web Vitals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
