Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and responsible Machine Operators to operate and maintain HOMAG CNC, Drilling, and Edge Banding Machines at our manufacturing facility in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate production, maintain quality standards, and achieve daily production targets safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate HOMAG CNC, Drilling, and Edge Banding Machines.
- Read and understand production drawings and work orders.
- Set machine parameters and perform machine setup as required.
- Ensure product quality by checking dimensions, drilling accuracy, and edge finishing.
- Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan.
- Follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Report machine breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain production records and machine cleanliness.
Required Skills:
- Experience in any one or more of the above machines.
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes.
- Experience operating CNC, Drilling, or Edge Banding Machines
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
