We are looking for dynamic and detail oriented senior project manager with hands on experience in Hospitality and F&B management. The required candidates should possess strong experience and knowledge in:
- End-to-end project execution and site management
- Coordination with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- BOQ verification, estimation, and budgeting
- Project planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Site supervision and quality control
- Material management and procurement coordination
- Handling timelines and project deadlines effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities on-site
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Knowledge of drawings, execution detailing, and finishing standards
- Proficiency in project-related software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, ERP systems, etc.
- Ability to reduce execution errors and ensure smooth workflow at all project sites
- Experience in hospitality/F&B projects will be an added advantage
