To provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience and contributing to the overall success of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:✅ Guest Service:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Present menus, take orders, and suggest food and beverage pairings.
- Serve food and beverages according to standard procedures and timing.
- Attend to guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
✅ Preparation & Setup:
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, glasses, and condiments.
- Check cleanliness and presentation of dining area, furniture, and service equipment.
- Stock service stations with items such as napkins, cutlery, and beverages.
✅ Service & Clearing:
- Ensure correct food is served to the correct table/guest.
- Top up water and beverages regularly without being intrusive.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guest.
✅ Billing & Cash Handling:
- Present the bill to guests and handle payment transactions as per standard operating procedures.
- Record and report transactions accurately.
✅ Hygiene & Safety:
- Follow personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines (FSSAI norms if in India).
- Handle glassware, crockery, and food items carefully to prevent breakage or contamination.
✅ Teamwork & Communication:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and bar to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Report guest complaints or feedback to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in team briefings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass (Higher Secondary).
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in F&B service (freshers can apply for trainee roles).
- Basic knowledge of English and/or local language (Hindi preferred in India).
