Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and or operations
- Work closely with the teams to identify and implement productivity improvement measures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement, with a focus on defect reduction.
- Lead and support Kaizen improvement projects, ensuring their successful execution.
- Continuously review and refine processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in manufacturing excellence, and propose relevant improvements for implementation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
