Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from various marketing channels such as websites, social media, property portals, and referrals.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.
- Qualify leads and identify customer requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Update and manage customer data in CRM software.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telecalling and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of real estate sales processes.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management within the real estate sector.
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
