BSC (computer science / IT applications) / IT graduate having min 1 year exp Technical Support, onboarding activities, and helping B2B clients successfully use the platform.
Job Responsibilities:-
Reach out to prospective Clients / customers to introduce CO SAAS Software solution
Conduct online product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of
the platform.
Support onboarding of new customers and assist them in setting up their accounts
and workflows.
Provide day-to-day support to users during their use of the platform.
Coordinate with the internal product and technical teams to resolve customer
queries and improve customer experience.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital outreach
activities.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates using CRM tools.
Build strong relationships with customers to improve retention and long-term
engagement.
Assist in collecting customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
