Key Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end operations for gift cards, rewards, vouchers, and loyalty programs.
•Coordinate with aggregators, brands, and partners for onboarding, product listings, and operational support.
•Maintain and update gift card catalogs, pricing, inventory, and promotional offers.
•Monitor wallet balances, transactions, and redemption activities to ensure smooth operations.
•Identify, evaluate, and onboard new gift card brands/stores for C2C and B2C platforms while ensuring business alignment
•Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations with partners and internal teams.
•Monitor chargebacks, fraud cases, and transaction-related issues while implementing corrective actions to minimize risks and losses.
•Work closely with business, finance, technology, and customer support teams to streamline processes.
•Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
•Ensure operational compliance and accuracy across all reward and gift card programs.
Requirements
•Experience in Operations, Loyalty, Rewards, Gift Cards, FinTech, E-commerce, or Partnerships.
•Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience with gift cards, rewards, loyalty programs, prepaid products, or digital commerce will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
