- Handle room, cottage, and event booking inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding customer requirements and providing suitable packages.
- Promote resort services, stay packages, dining options, and recreational activities.
- Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Follow up with prospective guests and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Assist in planning promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, travel, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online booking systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as per business requirements. Immediate joiners are preferred.
