About the Role
We are looking for energetic, persuasive, and result-driven Counsellors who are passionate about helping students succeed in their NEET journey. In this role, you will connect with NEET aspirants and their parents, guide them about our high-value webinars, and motivate them to attend sessions that can shape their future in medical education.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to NEET aspirants and parents from provided leads
- Clearly explain the benefits and value of our weekly webinars
- Convince and motivate prospects to register and attend the webinar
- Build rapport and trust with students and parents
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure maximum attendance
- Share information about our premium/paid services and convert interested leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly targets

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

- Basic understanding of NEET or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into attendees
- Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to earn incentives
