Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Present and explain company products/services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for lead generation campaigns.
- Attend meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of sales strategies and lead generation

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply (optional depending on company)

Salary Range
₹2.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Depending on experience) + Incentives
