SD ONUPRON GROUP is looking for an experienced Laravel Full Stack Developer to develop a custom manpower supply and career management platform.
This is a custom Laravel web application, not a simple job portal or WordPress website. The platform will include candidate/manpower management, private job requirements, automatic candidate matching, digital CV profiles, CV builder, referral system, payment gateway, GST/invoice management, organisation management, notifications and a complete admin panel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the platform using Laravel, PHP and MySQL
- Build candidate registration with Email OTP verification
- Develop candidate profile and 100% profile completion system
- Develop searchable master dropdowns and Excel import/export
- Build candidate job preference and matching system
- Implement automatic job matching based on predefined criteria
- Implement minimum 2-criteria matching logic
- Develop private job requirement management
- Develop email and dashboard notifications
- Develop Candidate Interest and placement management
- Develop organisation/client management
- Build student referral and reward system
- Develop Digital CV / professional profile with permanent URLs
- Develop CV Builder with PDF generation
- Develop 1-page and 2-page CV templates
- Implement CV edit limits and validity
- Integrate Razorpay payment gateway
- Implement 18% GST and automatic invoice generation
- Develop Accounts and financial reporting modules
- Develop Google Login, reCAPTCHA, Analytics and Search Console integration
- Develop Google indexing-related functionality
- Develop Urgent/Priority Job Service
- Build Super Admin and Sub-admin role/permission system
- Develop website CMS, Home Page sections, Gallery, Testimonials and other dynamic content
- Ensure responsive design, security, testing and deployment
