Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth, safe, and reliable operation of our production facility and outlets. The role will oversee machinery, electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, utilities, and general facility maintenance while minimizing breakdowns and downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of machinery, electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, generators, utilities, and other facility equipment across production, corporate office, and outlets.
- Ensure quick response to maintenance issues and minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
- Assist the Project Manager in new outlet setups, renovations, facility improvements, equipment installations, and maintenance-related projects across production, corporate office, and outlets.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and service providers for maintenance, repair, installation, and project-related works.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, identify potential issues, and ensure timely corrective action.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, breakdown reports, spare-parts inventory, and other necessary documentation while ensuring safety and hygiene standards.
- Lead and support the maintenance team and be flexible to work beyond regular working hours, weekends, or off days when required for breakdowns, emergencies, installations, or critical project activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, food production, or similar industries.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and utility systems.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting, planning, leadership, and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent breakdowns when required.
- Food production/bakery industry experience will be an added advantage.
