Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Handle overseas clients' queries, concerns, and issues related to real estate transactions.
- Draft agreements, sale deeds, and other legal documents as required for property registrations.
- Coordinate with clients during handovers from one team member to another to ensure seamless transitions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software for efficient query resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in CRM management . Real estate industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of client coordination, registration processes, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent drafting skills for preparing agreements and other legal documents.
- Proficiency in handling follow-ups on outstanding tasks and resolving queries promptly.
Pay: ₹11,078.06 - ₹32,539.86 per month
