Role Summary
As a Growth Manager, you will drive business expansion by generating leads, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing high-performing teams. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and growing with a startup.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Build relationships with prospective students and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Meet individual and team revenue targets.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct consultations through calls, meetings, and online platforms.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing growth team.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
Growth & Strategy
- Execute growth initiatives across digital and offline channels.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Work closely with leadership to implement scalable growth strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, Marketing, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach.
- Passion for sales, business development, and leadership.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹5–7 LPA
- Performance-based Growth: Up to ₹9 LPA after 3 months* upon successfully building and leading a high-performing team.
- 3 months Probation period
