Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative Cameraman/Videographer to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have experience operating professional cameras and gimbals, with a strong eye for capturing engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video footage for various projects.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, and related equipment efficiently.
- Execute shoot plans as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with the content and production teams.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment.
- Deliver footage within project timelines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Cameraman/Videographer.
- Hands-on experience with gimbal operation.
- Good understanding of camera settings, framing, and lighting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely completion of assigned shoots.
- Quality and stability of captured footage.
- Number of projects completed per month.
- Adherence to shoot schedules and deadlines.
- Positive feedback from internal teams and clients.
Key Result Indicators (KRIs)
- Consistent delivery of usable footage with minimal reshoots.
- Reduced equipment downtime due to proper handling.
- Improved visual quality and engagement of video content.
- Successful completion of projects within agreed timelines.
- Contribution to overall content production targets.
