Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can contribute to the firm's growth through strategic research, client outreach, and relationship building. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication, research, and convincing abilities with proven experience in business development or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market and industry research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, networking platforms, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Initiate professional communication with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present and position the firm’s services effectively and confidently.
- Maintain follow-up records and track business pipeline progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition (experience in legal or professional services preferred).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confident, professional, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
