- Promote and sell genuine Tata Motors vehicle accessories to customers
- Assist customers in selecting suitable accessories based on their requirements
- Explain accessory features, pricing, and benefits professionally
- Coordinate with service and delivery teams for accessory fitment
- Maintain accessory stock records and inventory updates accurately
- Achieve monthly accessories sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure proper display and presentation of accessories in showroom areas
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent sales support
- Coordinate with sales teams during vehicle delivery for accessory upselling
- Good communication, sales, and customer handling skills required
